Our Mission
Cultivating a community of trust and nature-based healing to help people move through life's trials and reclaim a life of joy.
What is Spiroluvia?
Created from the Greek work Spiro (to breath) and Alluvia (the rich soil deposited by rivers) the word Spiroluvia means- Breathe in the richness of life.
This space is not a clinic with white walls, it’s a place to call home. A place where the heavy burdens we all carry—trauma, grief, the suffocating weight of anxiety or depression—don't have to be explained to a professional, but can be shared with a friend.
We have plenty of 'treatment' options available in the mental health field, but we are starving for connection. We need a place where healing happens through connection with friends.
Our community groups offer a place to share and learn in a non-judgmental atmosphere. Our peer support circles offer an in person or virtual way to connect with others going through the same challenges.
We need a space to connect with animals and stretch our body. Goat Yoga sessions aren’t just exercise—they are hours filled with the laughter and smiles and a moment to breathe and connect with animals. A place to find joy and be blessed.
